Hello from Burlington

I'm a newbie when it comes to smoking. I've had my Masterbuilt electric smoker for just over a few months now - so far I've smoked brisket and ribs (to varying degrees of success). A coworker recommended this site to me and from what i've read there's a vast amount of collectve knowledge out there.
