Hi Guys,
Thanks for having me.
I currently own a meat market with a large summertime outdoor food trailer. We’ve been doing burgers, hot dogs, sausage sandwiches and curly fries for years.
I want to add in smoked meats, and I thought I would learn as much as I can before purchasing equipment.

I am open to all suggestions on how to get started on the right foot.
Thanks again.

Hi and welcome. You've come to the right place. Lots of good info and wisdom from lost of good people.

Welcome from Stokes County, NC.

We both grew up in the B'lo area-me in Amherst and my wife in Elma. A son, nephew, niece, SIL and two BILs still live in the area with their families.. We had a farm in CNY until last year when we retired to our NC place....

Which meat market is it?

I'm out in Cheektowaga. Let me know what store is yours and I may have to stop over one of these days. Welcome to the forum!

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a cloudy, windy and warm day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
