My name is Toby and I live in central Ohio. I have been visiting the website for some time and am grateful for the wealth of information that is freely shared here. I started smoking a couple of years ago in a masterbuilt MES30. I bought a chargriller kamado kooker in early July and use it almost exclusively now.
I work in retail management for a large home improvement warehouse and am an avid hunter. I am maried without children and have a yellow labrador retreiver who is too old to retrieve ducks anymore but still a great companion.
I make my own venison snack sticks and summer sausage in the MES30, but have really caught the bug since getting the kamado kooker. I have gone through 2 boxes of Weber cubes in 90 days and my wife likes it because I can do an entire meal on the grill and not mess up the kitchen. I look forward to Jeff's newsletter, it gives me an excuse to fire up the grill and try something new.
