Hey everybody,
I've been smoking very occasionally over the last twenty years. I've had a cheapo Brinkman smoker that I added an electric coil to the bottom of. For Father's Day, I finally upgraded to an MES. I GOT THE 30" model with Bluetooth. Now I'm ready to get serious!
I've also been brewing beer for 24 years, and making wine for 8 years.
Looking forward to picking you brains to up my game!
