Hi all, found this trove of information last night and have been reading lots of posts, new to smoking bought a 6 rack Bradley digital and will start using some of the recipes listed, for now I’m going to do some salmon and am wondering why don’t we use Prague when smoking salmon. Thanks. Tinpan

Welcome to the site. Prague is used when cold smoking and folks use it when making lox. If your hot smoking then it's not needed.
