Hello from Beaumont, Alberta!

Hi everyone my name is René.  I recently found a great smoker in a barn.......my father in law had it tucked in the back and said he only used it a couple of times.  Great for me!  It is a New Braunfels vertical offset smoker. Can't wait to start learning and smoking!
