Hello from AZ

Hello all,

I've been smoking for a few years now but I've never had much success using my old offset smoker.  I recently switched to an electric smoker and couldn't be happier.  Wish I had bought one a long time ago!

I just wanted to say hello and thank you to everyone that posts here.  I've learned a lot of new tricks simply by reading through the posts.  Certainly are some very knowledgeable people here!
