Hello from Arkansas

I live in a small town in Midwest Arkansas population about 6000. I live out in the woods about 12 miles from town. I'm in construction and I'm on the road quite a bit. First time smoker. I quit smoking cigarettes about 7 months ago but I love smoking meat. I made my homemade vertical offset smoker. Have learned a lot just reading posts on here hoping all goes well. Thank you everybody for the good information.
