Hi guys, my name is Tom.

i was born and raised in Amsterdam and now i live in a town near, called Heerhugowaard.
i'm 29 years old and i am a head chef at one of the country's biggest law firm.

yesterday i found youre forum and man it is big compaired to what we have over here. so i signed up right away.

my hobby's are of course cooking (bbq) and fishing. i alsow like to make things my self (i think this sounds weird) but i live by the words if you want to do it right, you have to do it by youre self. so i do so

i already build my self a outdoor kitchen and i build a offset smoker. and now i'm starting a fridge smoker. (thats how i came on to this site) i saw you guys (in America) do it quite alot. but here i'm probely the first guy. alsow cause the old fridges over here cost alot. a 50's one will cost you around €200/€250 ($240/$290)
but i found one broken down for €50 ($58)
so im gonna pick it up tomorrow

please dont mind some off my misstakes language wise. i'm a foreigner for you guys :p i speak it fairly good but to write it all down..... man thats a thing.
