Got the bug a few months ago to go back to charcoal. Been grilling with gas exclusively for the last 20 years. Bought myself a Char-griller Pro Offset and realize I have been missing a lot. Fumbled my way through a few boston butts recently (turned out awesome despite the lack of knowledge on what I was doing) and also some turkey legs which also turned out pretty well. Found these forums and the wealth of knowledge here and decided to park. Looking forward to drooling over some more photos and maybe posting a few of my own.
