Summer in full swing here daylight for about 20-22 hours a day. Decent temps and got the smoker running last weekend. Pork but coming soon just wanted to drop a line. Anyone smoke Halibut? IF so how long you smoke it and did you brine or just rub?

Welcome from Wisconsin. Smoked halibut sounds great... Smoke time is nearly always fluid. Best to go by temp.

Wet or dry brine is a personal choice. There is quite a bit of information to be had by doing a search.
