Using a Kamado Joe for about 5 years. Picked up a Flameboss 300 about 6 months ago and it has allowed me to fulfill my passion of beer drinking while I grill without fear of making a complete mess of my meat. :D

I don’t wrap my ribs
I use Rockwood coal
I love peach rub
I am not a beer snob
