Hello from Alabama

Name is Bryan and hope everyone has a great labor day weekend and is smoking some meat. I'm a smoking newbie on my 4th smoke this weekend a 7lb. boston butt.
The equipment I'm using is a NBBD I rescued from a metal scrapper. I'm smoking the butt w a dry rub and applewood splits for flavor. Hardwood lump charcoal for fuel holding temp at 210°f at grate level.
Oh and I live in Athens Alabama

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
