I have been smoking for a few months now using my kingsford grill.. I recently made the jump to a Ok Joe Longhorn.  Making a few mods and looking to learn and share as i take this journey into more serious smoking.

Maybe we can get the Moderators to start an State of Alabama group!  I am cranking out "big poppa" tomorrow.  This is the new Camp Chef.  Haven't used it yet...all clean now. I am going to do a few chickens and 2 boston butts tomorrow.  Will let yall know how he does!

Ended up Saturday nite going out with some pals....Didnt get home until 3AM....woke up to late to get the Butts in...but did the birds...Will post pics later today.  The Big Poppa did good!
