Hello from a different part of Florida...

lol, just saw where the last new guy was from Florida so I made it 2 in a row.

I am in North Florida and my dad just gave me 3 upright freezers, one small one and 2 full size.

The 2 full size freezers are newer with all the plastic and I didn't know what all would be involved in making them into smokers and the small one is older and has a good bit of metal inside as opposed to all plastic.

any help is fully appreciated
