I was terrified. I also made the mistake of not having enough pellets on hand. I put the meat on the smoker at 9pm and heavily underestimated the wood pellet burn rate in the low 20 degree outside air temperatures. I ran to Lowe’s just as it opened at 6am to get more. Longest night of my life hoping the 10 lbs would carry through to the morning as all stores were closed...

I'm just gonna have to bite the bullet and try it soon.
