I am new to this site and fairly new to smoking.  I grew up without a father, or anyone else, to teach me how to cook out doors.  After many years of trying to hide the fact that I knew nothing, I stumbled on to AmazingRibs.com.  Everything I know I learned from Meathead and owe him a huge debt of gratitude.  I have worked on several of the cheap smokers and modified a few to create some pretty good food.  After mastering Meathead's recipes, I started playing with them and created my own.  After a few years of people pushing me to open a BBQ shack I compromised and am planning to open a catering service next year.  I am currently looking for a tank to build a reverse flow smoker big enough to serve about at least 150 rib servings.  I have been reading the posts here and have learned so much and have had a ton of technical questions answered.  As soon as I begin my build I will post every aspect of it in an attempt to pay forward all of the knowledge I have gained here.  Thanks, Kevin.

Thank everyone.  I have been sniping this forum every night for about a week or so now.  I have read several builds and have been amazed at how they turned out.  What has been even more amazing is the support and info freely given throughout every thread.  That is the primary reason I decided to join.
