This was my first year processing my own deer it was fun and I was Hooked after I took a step back and saw all the food I made! Super sweet process! So now it's time smoke! So what's the best mixtures for deer snack stick, summer sausage, jerky, brats, etc. pork fat, beef fat? Maybe please help
