Hello fellow smokers

My name Brandon and I was born and raised in Louisville Ky.  I'm married with 4 kids who all enjoy eating smoked meats.  I started out with a simple electric barrel smoker which was a pain but got the job done then my wife bought me a Master Built smoker with a door with viewing glass, Bluetooth, and a built in meat thermometer.  I must say it makes things a lot easier.  My next smoker I want to acquire is a large charcoal barrel smoker.
