Hello fellow smoke lovers

They call me Steevo and I've been a butcher going on 10yrs now. I've used both electric and propane smokers to smoke numerous items over the years, but for the past 3 yrs have not had a smoker at work. My wife and I live in Santa Cruz, CA and she just recently surprised me with an early birthday gift that should be arriving any day now, a Masterbuilt Cookmaster Propane Smoker. I've never had one of my own to experiment with so this should be fun. I look forward to hearing and sharing some stories with you folks.

First off welcome to SMF there Steevo. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.
