Hello everyone, I hope all is well. My name is Mark and I'm new to this smoking business. So I recently purchased an electric smoker which is the Oster Smoker/Roaster (I believe some people call it little red). I've had nothing but unsatisfying results. I spoke with one of my co workers that uses an actual smoker and he gave me some pointers. I purchased the specific smoker because I live in a apartment and don't have the luxury of a nice backyard. If I did, I would totally invest in a nice smoker as I love barbeque. So I've been doing research myself and it looks like a lot of people here have a lot of knowledge. Also, the community here looks really wonderful and helpful. I was reading a post right before creating this account on how someone needed help with smoking a turkey. So being said, I decided to make an account on here and get some gear advice. Who knows, I may be able to contribute one day by providing great knowledge and advice to others.
