Hello everyone, thanks for having me. I’m 32 years old and have recently decided now that I have more time, I’d love to smoke things more often. I have a Pit Boss Vertical Pellet smoker and a Weber Smokey Mountain, I prefer charcoal myself but my wife bought me the Pit Boss for Fathers Day and I’m sure as heck not turning down a smoker.

I was in the Army for 9 years as a cavalry scout, now work as a network engineer for a major telecommunications company. I’m am absolute novice at smoking, and look forward to learning from you fine folks. I’ve seen your pictures, I know I’m in great hands.
