I'm very interested in what everyone else is smoking and any tips that can be acquired along the way. I presently am using a n offset smoker with great success. My yearly smoking calendar has two briskets, a few turkeys, pork shoulder, ribs, chicken, and sausages. Always looking to cover the grill I am trying new things to experiment with...like last month the addition of some hard boiled eggs just to see what they would be like a little smoked.
