Hello everyone

My name is Kevin I have a 300 gal smoker on a trailer I use it 1 to 2 times a month. I love to use the smoker. In the last year I have smoked 2 whole hogs, lots of chickens many pork butts, did 9 turkeys for thanksgiving  and 240lb of deer summer sausage. I use maple,cherry,apple and oak wood logs to smoke with. I am here to learn as much as i can.
