My name is Nick from central Wisconsin. I've been reading Jeff's emails for a couple years now and finally got an actual smoker a couple months ago, Gator43 talked me in to joining the site over the past weekend. I used to do everything on charcoal grill with a smoker box but now have a Masterbuilt Electric that I've broke in with a few pork butts, ribs, and chicken. Can't wait to learn a few tricks from all of you!
