Hey there, I'll admit I'm a bit of a newbie. I've been using a cheap charcoal smoker, which worked out great but needs more tending than I'd like. I just switched to the Master Built two door propane smoker, just smoked some turkey, sausage and fresh caught fish from a recent fishing trip, worked out great, I think it's a great value. I'm from Texas and I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone is cooking and getting some great ideas.
