Hello. I'm Chad from Fort Worth, Texas. I'm fairly new to smoking. In college some buddy's and I had a big smoker on a trailer that we'd tailgate with, mostly smoking brisket and sausage. Now I just got a masterbuilt digital electric smoker and looking to take my smoking to a more advanced, or refined, level.
Just wanted to say hello.
