Hello All,

I live in So Cal. (Inland Empire) and have been cooking since I was about 12. 50+ now.   I have only been smoking for about three years now, and been lurking here for at least one. Great site, I have already learned a lot from the fourms.

I first got the smoking itch when I decided to make some pastrami. Since then I have smoked lots of things.  Today I smoked some bacon, chicken, pastrami and my first ever chuck roast  7lbs (I love a full smoker).  I use a vertical smoker by BBQ Grillware.  Propane powered. I like it, its heavy and holds the heat well.

Hope to talk and share ideas with as many as possible.

ELF
