Hello To All

I was just given a Cabela's smoker, its a propane model . I live in Yuma,AZ. and I am a Air Traffic Control Maintenance Tech. I work on the Communications,Navigational Aids and the Radar that we have on Station at MCAS Yuma.I am a former Marine and I am curretly working in the Civil Service and I have worked for or with the Marine Corps for the past 33 years.  I look forward to learning what I need to know to smoke anything from meats and fish to cheeses.

Thanks in advance for any info that might be thrown my way.
