Hello Everybody. My name is Dain and I'm from central Wyoming. I own and operate a farm that's been in my family since my great grandfater homesteded it in 1938. My Father and I have operated it until last month when he passed away. I have always enjoyed BBQing meat and veggies and recently purchased a Louisanna pellet smoker. So far i've done whole chickens, brats, brisket, pork loin and keilbasa. I look forward to being a productive member of the meat forums. Thanks!!!
