Steve Sauvain here from Shenandoah, IA about an hour south of Omaha, NE. I have had a masterbuilt electric smoker for about a year and love it! I have used many recipes on her and love them all. I am getting to where word has spread about my smoking and even the Elks club I am a member at wants me to do a smoke for them. Sitting outside today in 100 degree heat smokin 3 racks of baby back ribs...I have a post started with pics even and enjoying my favorite smoking beverage busch light and picante chilada mixed with it!

Welcome to the forums, I am new here to I am only an hour and a half south of Omaha, in Sioux city, Shenandoah is a litttle far for me but I've been there multiple times, enjoy your ribs I'm doing my ribs next weekend chicken is tommorow, but I may get to excited and do both tomorrow so I can have ribs for lunch.
