Hello

I am in southern California. I used to use a wood smoker with fresh cut cherry and apple wood logs up in Freeland Washington years ago. Now Im in the sad area of pay high for wood so use pellets :(.....LOL.. Other than that have mostly mastered grilling with my gas weber but want to get back into smoking.  Anyway Just got a masterbuilt electric smoker but after a few rounds I may hand this off to my brother and go out and get a trayger. So I am doing 13 pound brisket for Christmas eve in the electric masterbuilt. Any good recipes to help me get started??
