Thank you for adding me. I live in the Texas panhandle, I have 3 different smkrs I use , I love making my sauces and rubs etc... , I'm looking to build myself a smokehouse in the backyard, I smoke lots of meat and everyone wants me to start selling and catering , I am currently gathering materials to build a good smoker on a trailer but I think I can build a good smokehouse cheaper and faster than the trailer. Can't wait to share ideas with everyone. Oh and receive those wonderful ideas too. Thank you for adding me.
