Hello All

Found this site while looking for some info on smokers. I live in central Nebraska and have done a little smoking on and off for quite awhile. I have used a big chief and Brinkman charcoal for the little bit of smoking I have done. Just ordered a Digital Bradley and am looking to do a lot more smoking.
I have looked over the forums some and I have not seen another site with the amount of info and helpful people as there are here. Glad to have found this site.
