Happy Forth of July all. As a new member I neglected to introduce myself.
I go by patinlouisiana and my better half is Squirt in La. I will be 65 this year and have had a long and steady relationship with my work since 1973. Not many folks can say the worked at the same place for 46 years and still enjoy it. My wife is a retired RN.
As for smoking foods I have had this MES for about 8 years now. I do not venture into the realm of smoking much at all. Mostly, ribs & brisket. Did a few hot dogs once... very good.
One day I'll try a bird but I've heard the MES doesn't really get hot enough?
My hobbies include shooting, hunting, geocaching and trying to get back into golf. My wife's main hobby is our granddaughter that will be a year old in August.
