My wife bought me a MES 30 for fathers day and I've been obsessed with this forum since. (I can see a new smoker does that to people) I pre-seasoned and smoked a whole chicken that day and I am already in love. I just wanted to take a second to say Hi to everyone on here. The information seems endless. I plan on trying a picnic roast this weekend. Seems to be a big step up from a chicken, but practice makes perfect... Right now I live in Idaho and work for an HVAC company which means I typically have weekends off and plenty of time to get smokin'!
