My name is Joey C.I currently own 4 -22" WSM' and a Traeger for my wife. My daughter and I have been smoking food for friends for some time and we are about to enter our 3rd competition. I do plan on getting on the Waiting List for a Smoker from Shirley Fabrications.
That new smoker might make me a single man, gonna miss my wife.
