Thank you for letting me join, my name is Dominic and I'm living in sunny Wellington, Shropshire England.! [emoji]128516[/emoji] I've been hot smoking food now for around 2 years and feel as though I've only scratched the surface. My current smoker's are a Weber smokey mountain 57cm,Big poppa smoker UDS and a Weber premium Master touch 57cm. I've attended a couple of bbq backyard cookery classes this year which has help me tremendously in choosing good rubs and sauces. Also a insight into choosing a better selection of meats available for smoking, so I'm having to use the family as guinea pigs.! [emoji]128516[/emoji] Happy Smokin everyone.. [emoji]128077[/emoji]
