Hello all. My name is Ian. I am 27. I currently reside in Texas for the military but am from Pittsburgh so Go Steelers!!! I currently have a Cajun Injector electric smoker and have done one brisket on it and I turned out great so I decided to join because the information I got from here was great. Thanks for all the help you guys didn't know you gave me.
