G'day my name is Luke I'm from charters towers Queensland Australia I'm a boilermaker and work in the mines. I've got a hot smoker I made out of a steam oven and I use gas but I've just aquired a fridge to start cold smoking but I'm having troubles with the smoke going out easily maybe my vent is too small can anyone help ? Cheers
