I'm Jeff, from Mid-Missouri.  I have a Cajun Injector Electric Smoker.

I've trolled around on this forum for quite a while, but just signed up today! 

Pretty new to the smoking game, I've smoked a brisket, some chicken breast, and several batches of duck/goose jerky.
