Chuck here from Williamsburg,Va. Just starting out on learning on how to smoke different foods. So have a lot to get crammed into this old brain lol. Looking forward to getting a lot of info from this great site. This is the best site I have found for learning the basics and beyond. I'll be searching and posting in here often.
