Hi everybody, Im Travis from Rochester Minnesota.  Im 31, married and work as a graphic artist here in Roch.  Ive been grilling for years and this week, my wife bought me a Master Forge Electric smoker.  Im trying to learn everything I can about smoking and Im really excited for the advice from some of you pros out there.  Hope to see you all on the threads!  Thanks!
