Hello all SMF members,
Wanted to take a min to introduce myself. Name is Rick, and have been grilling and or smoking for my family for the last 20 years.
Love hanging with a cold beer or short bourbon and cooking outside with the music playing and the smoke rising.
Have used Weber's grills, smokers, and gas grills exclusively. Have not come across a product that lasts and performs time after time. Currently smoking on a 22 in WSM.
With winter setting in around these parts, I slow down with smoking but I tend to grill as long as I can get the snow shoveled out from around the grill....lol....
Looking forward to learning and putting into practice all the good recipes and techniques I have seen on the forums of SMF.
Well off to see what can be smoked next. Cheers
