I just loved the Dr. Baker's Broiler Sauce invented by Dr. Baker in the 1950's when he cross-bred a type of chicken and invented "the broiler":

But, in recent light of my heart attack and latest stroke, I needed to modify the recipe, eliminating cholesterol, salt, and vegetable oil. So, I came up with this:
¼ cup olive oil, EV
½ cup of white vinegar
1tbsp ground sage
1 tsp any or a combination of Mrs. Dash seasonings
½ cup egg whites
boneless, skinless fat-free chicken breast halves, butterflied
Soak in the mixture an hour or more, then grill to 160°
Not as good as the original, but it is still good!
