Hello Everyone!

So the local store (Food Lion) had a sale on turkey breast. They had some left over so they put them on clearance (1.19/#) and i bought one. I was going to brine but it was already brined so i just thawed it. covered in butter and smoked it! We had a Thanksgiving type dinner last night with smoked turkey, dressing, gravy, cranberry sauce, sweet taters etc,. We had Thanksgiving in June!

Thawed the bird breast and removed that annoyed turkey timer thing.

covered it in Butter!

Put it on the smoker. left it in a pan to it could swim in melted butter.

All done and carved!

Thanks for looking and comments! I had other things with this smoke i will share in other threads.  Today I'm having leftover smoked turkey for lunch!

Happy Smoking,
