local ace hardware started carrying b n b charcoal so decide to run it straight by it self usually use kingsford with wood chunks with the b n b the wsm ran at 250 the whole cook with one 275 temp spike for 5 minutes with kingsford the wsm runs between 275 and 300 with higher temp spikes just got to turn the sauce in to a glaze

Those look Kill'er, I love that B.H.S.S rub, a little secret, it's what I use on my comp ribs, and have done extremely well with it. Two 1st place and one 3rd place, so far. :emoji_thumbsup:
 
They look great! What's the flavor profile of the Hawaiian BBQ sauce?
The locals in Hawaii use it mostly use for marinating kalbi or other wise call thin sliced short ribs so it’s kinda like a Korean infused sauce
