I've only been on this forum a few days and have only had my smoker just over a week. I just wanted to tell y'all I'm havin' more fun than any six people can get a permit for!

I'm just barely gettin' into the learning curve and have a long way to go. But with all the help I'm gettin' here, I'm learnin' fast.
