they call it Kiawe,, hawaiian mesquite. I have some that I bought from another seller on ebay and it really good smokin wood, it gives a different flavor than the mesquite that I buy at wall mart and lowes, its alot milder and really much tastier. sounds crazy but it smells like its a really good coffee while its smokin.
