has anyone ever made buffalo (bison) jerky ??

i have access to bison meat and its pretty lean was thinkin bout tryin it.. outta be alot like beef jerky one would think..just curious .

Although I have not used bison to make jerky, I do use lean beef for jerky. Are you wanting to make jerky out of ground bison or sliced bison. If you grind it you can add a little fat to it if desired.
